By far the best hostel I've stayed in in the whole of Australia. A true sanctuary to chill out and relax and forget about the hectic pace of life. The tent bedrooms were certainly different but you never felt like you were roughing it! Sitting around the pool or in a hammock under a tree in the shade, this place is all about doing whatever you like when you life. They have an open air TV room with loads of huge cushions and bean bags to lay about on. Chill out sounds are played on the PA system throughout the day. I can honestly say I have never felt so relaxed, a truly wonderful gem just outside Exmouth. We also took a snorkelling trip to Turquoise Bay for the day with lunch provided. The most beautiful beach which was quite easy to snorkel, you didn't have to swim out too far!
all in all a great experience at the Marina Beach Retreat.
