We had a slightly out of season holiday in seefeld we did.nt know what to expect of the weather it could have been either winter or spring ,in fact we got summer with some days 70 degs The resort was only partly open,not fully opening again untill may,but we certainly found plenty to do and if anything enjoyed it more,with fewer people around it was more relaxing everywhere we went we never had to wait and the service was excelent.We have been to seefeld several times and it remains one of our favorite places,very pretty and still very tyrolean but with every modern facility you could want,and with the very good exchange rate the prices were excellent,We stayed at the hotel post in the centre of the village we paid a bit extra for a de-lux room and it was lovley.but not if you are bothered by the church bells waking you up early every morning.The food and service were very good and the wine,beer and soft drinks are free with your evening meal,all in all we had a very enjoyable time,and hope to return in september.also this time we flew into Innsbruck.instead of either Munich or Saltzburg and we found it much easier just 25mins by taxi to Seefeld,good cheap flights too with b/a.
