"This hotel is not suitable for any forei"
Overall Hotel Rating:
This hotel is not suitable for any foreigners. The none-Austrian clientele is treated poorly and it doesn't really matter if you are German, English, Czech or Slovak. Through our 5 day stay it happened that none -Austrian cars on the parking place in front of the hotel got vandalized and owner made none or only little effort to help. The owner of the hotel -especially the blond female is unpleasant and rude and it felt like we are bothering her with any questions. The only nice person was the waitress in the restaurant. Traunkirchen is a beautiful area and I really recommend finding another place to stay and enjoy the nature, skiing or summer holiday there
