The hotel is in an old building, which has been thoroughly modernised, and is well situated in the historic old town of Bruges. In fact, it's only a few minutes stroll from the Grand Place and all its attractions. Although the hotel is central, it's in a quiet courtyard and so there wasn't much noise to bother us.
Ibis hotels tend to be pretty standard, and this one was no different. We had a twin bedded room with plenty of storage space and an en-suite toilet with bath - both were in good decorative repair and were spotless. The TV had around 30 channels, with the main British terrestrial channels being available too - no need to miss Corrie!
We didn't use the restaurant in the hotel, but it looked nice enough and the bar had a good selection of nice beers.
All in all, this hotel is a good choice for those looking for a centrally situated hotel in Bruges without breaking the bank.
