Booked this holiday online and was particularly pleased with both the standard and location of the hotel. It had quite a swish lobby and was extremely central so no need to get buses etc. One tip - if you're staying at this hotel you can get a No 2 or 12 bus from the station to the main square and save yourself a few Euros on a taxi. All the staff were really friendly and they provided an excellent breakfast.
Went on a canal trip with a very quirky guide who spoke excellent English. Glad we decided to do this on the first day as the sun was shining and it was quite warm. Next day it was a bit gloomy and drizzly so trip wouldn't have been as good. The motto - carpe diem! Also went on a bus sightseeing tour, did lots of walking and eating and a bit of shopping besides.
Package cost £295 per person for three nights with Eurostar anf was well worth it. One small problem we had - it was quite confusing finding the connecting train from Brussels to Bruges. It wasn't signposted. You have to look for the train to Zeebrugge. Other than that everything was perfect.
