Elenite much nicer than Sunny Beach - which resembled Benidorm/Blackpool.

We are a family of four - Mum, Dad & two boys aged 11 and 8. Having read the reviews and heard the horror stories in press and t.v. we were apprehensive to say the least, but thought "Hey-ho we will give it a go". On arrival we were exhausted, but pleasant...

Overall the hoiliday was fine. The hotel building is great, beach safe and soft sand. Water park is great with pleanty of sunbedas at 5leva each.Grounds are expansive and well tendered but outside bars are closed at night wasting potentia. However don't expect even average service from anywhere, whether it be at the bar, reception or the snack bars or even direct management it doesn't exist. Safe deposit boxes £45 for two weeks and to keep your room until 6pm on th eday of departure is £50. - Robbery and a nightmare to book. Reception hopeless / confused.

On arrival I thought we had come up trumps. The hotel looked wonderful, large reception and bar area - that was to support the large queues you had to endure if you wanted a drink whether alcoholic or otherwise. The restaurant continually ran out of crocker...

the resort is in the middle of nowhere and you need to get a taxi or bus into sunny beach which will take about 15mins. i would advice anyone not to get the bus as it is packed with too many people. a taxi will cost you £20 return to sunny beach.
