"All inclusive, not very exclusive"

If you want a nice all inclusive village, go to DUNI. The resort cannot cope with the amount of tourists present in August. Massive shortage of sunbeds and things to do.

As a all inclusive hotel we would not recommended it.. far to expensive you have to pay for the sun beds and parasol at the water park, we were not supplied with beach towels. i would not rate this as a 4 star hotel.

The overall resort is great with villas and hotels. We only left the resort to go to Sunny Beach and Nessebar for a day shopping. The bus stop is right outside the complex gates and are pretty regular and very cheap.

make sure you visit old nesse bar, its beautiful. beach is lovely just watch for the jelly fish in the sea as theres lots but they dont hurt unless you were to stamp on them. one guy was picking them up in his hand i could not believe it. bulgaira is not very expensive but if you want english products you will pay alot more than a home. in elenite resort they only serve bulgarian beer, they dont understand the term lager so when you go to the bar ask for a beer. the waitresses my not always look happy but if i did 8 hours a day for £7.00 then i would not have a smile on my face, although there are helpful when asked something. toilets by the pool bar are kept clean allday and so is pool area there is cleaners everywhere constantly cleaning. you wnot be disappointed.

Afternoon trip to the town of nessebar that left by boat from th hotels beach where you stay which is a wonderful day out. You could leave the children playin happily near by wether it was at th pool or the beach as evrything is so close and familiar. We would definateli be going back as soon as we can and couldnt possibly fault the place at all. You wuld have to be expecting a total haven paradise that was absoluteli perfection to not like this...yet i do feel this was near enough paradise for me. The beach was absoluteli beautiful the sea absoluteli beautiful and the surroundings the same. Lots of excursions available and reasonable priced aswell. As the resort was the hotels own they take alot of pride in tis appearence.

located at a town with many shops and terraces, but to reach the centre we had to go by bus (20 minutes). They were still building a lot there, so in 10 years there might be a big centre at Elenite. If we ever return there, then we'll stay at the centre of Sunny Beach, because then we can go to the boulevard. The rest was totally okay!!! Some things were a pity, but that didn't ruin our vacation though

The beach is nice but you need to start looking after the volley ball pitch as nearer the Royal Bay it's rocky.

Nice pool although not the warmest.

You have to queue for drinks and they have a habit of shutting early. Stefan the main barman was surly at best. Top tip get a big tankard (pint+) and keep hold of it, it seems to annoy him immensely.

Food, very samey, things like chicken and lamb looked more like road kill. I tended to stick to the kids processed food. If you want a beer with your food expect a long wait. Lots of the tables were dirty so it was quite a feat to find a clean one that was set. The high chair was falling to bits.

Weather fine

If you want to watch sports, best bet is Paco's bar out of the complex, where you have to pay but it's 2 Lev for a pint so cheap.

Animation Hall, bit naff, but okay if you like watching folk miming.

Formation towel bomb raids at 7am and not just by the usual suspects, not sure why folk feel the need to have loungers for kids who don't use them or folk who feel the need to take up a lounger all day when they are on the beach? Quite a few wasps about, esp where folk have knocked over sweet drinks of course. Nice touch was the bins had lids otherwise it would have been unbearable.

Nessabar a nice boat trip day out (found a geocache also)

Cheap cigarettes

No cars about which is nice re the bairns

Nice holiday makers there to chat with and moan about the room rip off and surly barman, which passed the time as there's not a whole heap to do.

Overall worst holiday I've ever had, amazed Thomas Cook want anything to do with the place, shame as it wouldn't take much to make it really good.

Have been to Bulgaria before and would go back again but not for a gold clock would I go to the Royal Bay.

There are swimming pools all over. The sea is lovely and calmer in the morning. They also have their own aqua park.Beware of the 2 Extreme water slides at the end.(They are better for adults)But there are so many great slides for kids and a baby pool with slides. Imagine a Haven Holiday in Bulgaria, where the entertainments team(Animation team) must speak about four languages and try to accomodate the needs of about six different countries. They do stuff during the days with adults and stuff for kids.Plus they do a full show at night. All of the team are fantastic and speak good English. They could do with a bit more of the support at night from the good citizens of the UK.The only day they get off is Sunday. The whole complex is so full of cleaners sweeping and cleaning all day every day that I couldn't bring myself to leave a cigarette stub on the floor anywhere. I truly don't believe that any of the cleaners are thieves. The only stroppy people we met were the Russians..And believe me It's full of Russians. The complex is behind walls with massive iron gates that stay closed. We felt completely safe at all times. But we still wouldn't leave children on their own. It's totally for families of all ages.I don't think it's a lads only holiday at all. Sunny Beach is more for younger parties. The NEW MANAGER OF THE COMPLEX is really approachable and has worked so hard to do well this year. His name is EMIL !! Right now, let's get on to the food halls. We stayed in the Villas so our main restaurant was the Nessebar. If you go hungry then it's YOUR OWN fault. There is so much food to chose from. Some of it you'll recognise but some you won't have seen before.Try it you may be surprised. I seriously one of the fussiest people you'd ever meet but I was not hungry. The great thing is that I also lost a bit of weight.I tried lots of different things that I didn't like the look of but they tasted good.Just try a mouthful of things then when you decide what you like you can fill your plate.I ate constantly but I only ate little bits. The food hall is open for 3 hours till 9pm so we went and had a little food about 6pm and again before it closed. It opens 3 times a day.We also found the hot dog and pannini food bars were open all day so even babies didn't go hungry. We had the best two weeks of rest and relaxation. We ideally want to go for three weeks next year.

Worst possible place I’ve ever been! The place is very cheap built and looks old, broken up and dusty. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel! The TV in the room is smallest ever and there are only 5 channels to watch with worst possible quality. All the drinks in the restaurant and at the “lobby bar” are tampered and diluted with water. The food in the restaurant is the cheapest and worst possible. There is no room service. The beds are terrible and the bathrooms are dirty and stinky. Visitors are being moved without any asking from their space on the beach in order to accommodate suspicious “VIP” guests!!!
