Just back from two weeks at this hotel. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. The food is cold and boring. Do not go all inclusive. They tell you when to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. No food available at beach or pool bar. If you want food you have to get back in the lifts and go to the restaurant. No ice cream available throughout the day for the children. Fairly poor deal. Mainly German/Russian visitors. Pool area adequate although not enough sunbeds. Lift down to beach is fine. Beach is beautiful. Big problem in the summer from wasps. Lots of them. Entertainment non existent. Techno music loud day and night. No bars or restaurants within walking distance. We found most staff rude and unsmiling......ignorant at worst. Well worth escaping and going into St.Vlas or Nessebar. Bulgarian people not the happiest or friendliest but there are a few exceptions. Prices not as cheap as reported. I wouldn't rush back to Bulgaria.
This hotel was more than most people could dream of for the price!
We arrived here by default as we were meant to be going to the Elenite Holiday Village or ";Butlins"; to those of you who know it!!
Our location was fully booked";thank you lord";!!!...

Paradise Beach was clean, ,Excellent all glass lift down 9 floors to the beach which was the daily treat for the kids, accomodation was better than ever with a family room, all sea views, staff were friendly and helpful look after them and they will make your holiday worth while. After the shock of been moved we decided to hire a pedalo and see what we were missing round the corner at Elenite Holiday Village that is when we realised how lucky we had been to get moved the hotel was awful jam packed with loads of kids running riot and 1/2 hour queues for the bar!!
Book Paradise Beach for your first time in Bulgaria and you are sure to return.
We will be going for the third year to Bulgaria this year so watch this space for our view on the lively resort of Sunny beach.
Bulgaria is a place out of this world for the time being so make the most of it and enjoy their culture.
LONG LIVE BULGARIA!!! well at least till 2007 when they join the EU.
Back to the Paradise beach ,Food good but nothing special, wine excellent, visit Nessebar it really is quaint and worth the 1/2 hour trip, look out for the dolphins in the bay twice a day and you must try a traditional bulgarian night, my kids are counting the days until we return and I hope you if you go there you enjoy it as we have.
