Excellent hotel we had a great stay at this hotel. Staff friendly and helpful,rooms cleaned daily,nice pool area, only complaint were the bar prices ,why pay 5 levs when you can pay 1 lev at most bars in the resort.

Just returned on Sunday 14 Sept. Hotel first class, food excellent. Rooms spacious and clean. I liked the little things in your room that make a difference ie shoe polish, mini bar, soap,cotton buds, sewing kit,bottle opener,matches,shoe horn,shower gel it may not sound a lot but it shows the attention to detail and comfort this hotel offers.A nice touch is no shorts and vests for evening dinner, it makes it that little bit special. Do not expect too loose weight in this hotel, the food is out of this world.Even fussy eaters could not fail to find something to their liking.I have been to sunny beach many times and i will say this the best hotel i have stayed in, i will only stay at this hotel next year.The position of this hotel would suit all age groups, for the party animals Lazur is short walk ( super nightclub )and the prom and bars are a very short walk.

Just returned from holiday at the Iberostar Sunny Beach. Arrived in the we small hours and were met with lovely staff who could not be more helpful to our party. Some of our party were not to happy with the room we were allocated as this was at the rear of the hotel and some entertainment was still going on around us. The next day we were given a choice of new rooms, some picking sea views others with pool views this was no problem to the staff they were great and worked away without any manager looking over their shoulder. Food was good with a wide range to select from,the drinks were a lot more exspensive than the bars around the hotel but this is normal to our home price. The pools were good and as there were two it gave you more room to swim,they were cleaned twice a day. September is not the best time to go as our first week was around 32dgr then falling down to 17dgr the second week with most of the shops and bars staring to close for the season,I will go again around August as it will be less crowded and still very hot. Money changing is a big problem as there is a lot of fraud from the booths that do not show the crown sign,be careful on the busses to, as this is where you can be pickpocked I never heard of any one being robbed but be careful and you will have a great holliday. One Bar to avoid is the Morris just over the wooden bridge from the Iberostar and the Neptune some of your bill will have an added drink or you will be done out of a few levs by one of the waitresses.

23 august 2008. Have just returned from two weeks in this hotel. Fabulous - 5 star all the way. The friends club entertainers were superb.

This hotel is huge, however it is divided into 2, and so all your requirements are located in your part of the hotel. Staffs were very helpful and polite. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Was given a free courtesy room for an hour at the end of our stay to freshen up, as we were not being picked up until 7.30pm. The pools are clean but cold. It didn't stop our daughter playing in there at every opportunity. Restaurant is large, clean and there is plenty of variety, if you're a big meat eater. We did struggle a bit due to some of us were vegetarian. Entertainment was ok, they all tried extremely hard and the kids loved them. Location is great, far enough away to not be disturbed at night, but close enough to go out in the evenings. Beach was just across the bridge. Downside to this hotel is the sunbeds, if you want a sunbed in the sun for the whole day you had to be prepared to put towels down by no later than 7am. I would recommend this hotel to all it is certainly one of the best hotels I could see in Sunny Beach.
