these apts are the best we have stayed in and we have been to a lot of countries. they are the cleanest as well the maids were in every day, they even washed our dishes on occasion. they are how ever a bit out of the way, so if you are looking for a quieter holiday this is definately the place to stay. you can walk into the heart of everything in about 10 - 15 minutes and boy is it lively. On the down side the weather was unpredictable with thunder lightening and flooding. i was up to my knees in dirty water. The thing that bothers me was the fact the electric was off for over 2 days. The same thing happened when we were there 4 yrs ago and apparently the locals say it happens every yr so if this is the case why hasnt the apt owner not got his own generator if he/she knows it happens every yr.

Sea dreams apart hotel is located at the back of the main strip which is good if you want a good night sleep. There are 4 blocks of apartments, i stayed in A21 which had no grill (not good when you are self catering) so we ate at the bar each day and the food was beautiful. The pool is filled with cold hose water which is good on a hot day not so good if its not. It is cleaned at 8pm every night by buckets of chlorine being threw in. There is no entertainment at the hotel and a rusty swing set for kids so not good if you plan to spend much of your time at the hotel. The bar staff are lovely and really helpful but on the otherhand the reception team barely speak english. A tip is to avoid the lifts at all costs. We got stuck in them 3 times and the alarm works but is not linked up to anything so unless soneone is in the block you will be stuck there. On a good note next door to the hotel is an area where you can rent quads and the quad track is the area around the hotel. The supermarket is also 2 minutes away. This hotel was bareable but i would recommend staying at the casino or kuban as they were much livelier and closer to the main strip.

Stayed last July 2007, there was 4 of us 3 adults 1 child usually a 1 bed Apt would be okay, not this one, the bed settee in the lounge was the smallest I had ever seen, after 2 days we asked to be moved, we had too pay but that was okay as we were moved to golden dreams which were excellent. Sea Dreams is a 2 star at most apartments and I could not have stayed there for 2 weeks. The first choice rep there was excellent, sorry that was the only good thing about, and it's quiet at night it being a bit out the way.

The Seadreams apartments are 5 minutes from the main resort you have to cross a main road but there is a zebra crossing which is safe to cross as we have been many times.

The apartments are very spacious, these are privately owned and rentedd out to Falcon/1st Choice customers.

All the apartments are furnished individually to the owners taste, but they have everything you need and if you cant find what you want just ask reception and they will help you.

The pool is lage enough for the amount of customers going in each year.

Sea Dreams is a bit out of the way you have to cross a dangerous road to get to the resort and cars just do not stop even on zebra crossings. Apartments are very basic and they vary too as we had no washing machine or cooker or table and chairs but my brother did so ask for apartment A11 if you want washing maching and cooker etc. Make sure you check the list of contents in apartment when you arrive as they will try charge you for the least little thing when you depart. Our rep Jason was brilliant he showed us around the resort and told us where to get good food. Pool area very small and not enough sunbeds either. Food not good in bar so go down road for snacks to sunny dreams if you are hungry.

The resort is brilliant and plenty of shops and bars and restaurants to choose from we were there for 2 weeks and didn't get to see it all. Try Djannys its lovely and The House is lovely too, we paid 60 euro for 3 course meal with drinks for 6 people. Barcardi Bar is great for cocktails, and the hot dogs are so cheap from kiosks on the streets. The beach is really lovely its 9 euro for 2 sunbeds and brollys.

All in all we are going back to sunny beach next year but a different hotel.

Seadreams Apartment are an excellent choice of Apartments, set back away from the main road and 10 minutes walk away from the beach, bars and restaurants. The supermarket is 200 yards away from the apartment.

The rooms are very new, clean and very spacious with all mod cons.

the pool area is very clean, the bar is excellent and serves snacks, there is also a small supermarket next to the bar.

Definately recommend going there we have already booked next year.

stayed at Seadreams apartment, the appartments are spacious and very clean, 10 minutes away from the town but that is good as it can get noisy nearer the resort. there is a supermarket 2 minutes away from Seadreams and the main road is close by to catch buses to nessabur and St Vas.

the pool area bar are spotless, the staff are very good and will go out of their way to help you.

we would definately recommend these apartments

sea dreams apts are very big and comfortable they are cleaned daily and clean towles delivered to your room. there is a smallish pool area and sun beds are a bit in short supply. there is no entertainment at all on site. the bar stays open until 4am but they dont even do a wee quiz night.

the beach is a ten minute walk but worth every step the water sports are cheap and safe the taxi boat trip to nessebar is great fun and the food at the many beach bars is very good. there are too many things to do in sunny beach we ran out of time and plan to go back.sea dreams is a great base to explore sunny beach but you have a bit of a walk over a busy road to reach the town.

please remember to bring mossi repellant espically the ones that plug in you can get everything you need in the local supermarket a two minute walk away. the shop at the pool is overpriced and the staff unfriendly. we had a fantastic holiday and the apts were a bit out of the way,but were the biggest and most comfortable we have stayed in. YOU HAVE TO TRY JANNIES.great food. best prices. get a taxi.
