Although the rooms are small, they are clean, with a full bath and shower, satellite TV, the staff are helpful and efficient - everything you would need really for a city break. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel which is open for 12 hours a day, ...
Although the rooms are small, they are clean, with a full bath and shower, satellite TV, the staff are helpful and efficient - everything you would need really for a city break. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel which is open for 12 hours a day, a Tim Hortons opposite and complementary use of a gym just up the street. In terms of location, the Strathcona is hard to beat. It is just around the corner from The Royal York and close to the Skydome and CN Tower. It is within easy walking distance of Chinatown, the Eaton Centre and 2 minutes from subway.
We have been to Toronto several times and this was without doubt our most enjoyable visit. Highly recommended!
