Lovely resort,spotlessly clean safe for young kids,beautiful beach and gorgeous weather.Entertainment needed improving although staff tried very hard, also more tables needed for watching shows as some nights there was,nt enough to go round.

has anyone ever been to this place in may? only im due to go on tuesday and the weather reports are not lookng good! im now worried im going to face wo weeks of rain?

The is in a good place, but if you know anything about the dominican you dont often leave the complex. We did to walk to the local shops, it was about half an hours walk and not really worth it, as the stuff for sale was the same as the hotel shops, they all sold the same stuff and hassled you until you left. We did not eat out of the Hotel. Things to do off the hotel vary and look good, but they all cost. I was happy just walking along the beach looking at the sea, the soft sand and the coconut trees.

Didn't leave hotel as it was great so can't say anything abouy Punta cana / Bavaro the only bit we saw of it was when we drove through

Lovely resort. Plenty to see and do. Fantastic entertainment. Pool lovely and refreshing after a long day of sunbathing.

The hotel was slightly out on a limb, the nearest small village was about a 25 minute walk away. Anything else required a coach trip. We went on a safari which was brilliant, a real insight into local life. Also went swimming with sharks. Lack of things to do in local area no big problem due to size of hotel

i havent made it due to hotel closure and change of flights. I can't tell you what I don't know. I simply want to warn travellers to get in touch with their tour operator to avoid disappointment like me.

nice place, feels safe but i wouldn't venture out alone after dark . nice beaches and would recommend seeing manual on the beach for any excursions.

The resort is great and the beach is absolutly beautiful! I went on 3 day trips, including Ocean World and the mega trucks. I would highly reccommend these trips as they are fantastic and very enjoyable :) The bars are great especially coco bongo which is suitable for all ages.

There are loads of excursions available for everybody although i only did the snorkelling trip to catalina island myself which was amazing swimming with all those tropical fish. the beach on the resort is so picturesque, the sand is gorgeous, there are 3 swimming pools, one has a swim-up bar. this place definately suitable for couples. there were at least 3 weddings in the 2 weeks we stayed which was lovely.

Bayahibe is a very quiet resort, there are only a small number of hotels there. We mainly stayed on the resort complex so did not really see much of the resort itself. Good place for a relaxing holiday away from it all. The sea was very calm and shallow where we stayed and was very safe for swimming.

The beaches are absolutely beautiful, amazing so relaxing, all food and drink on the resort are free with the holiday package. the nightlife isn't brilliant, no entertainment till after 10pm, nothing to do in between except drink, and if you aren't a big drinker then....? and if you don't like rum? because it in nearly every cocktail. The food is delicious from all of the restaurants, plenty of choice.There are plenty of things to see and do, which you are shown the options at the beginning of the holiday

Great place to go and relax. Great bars and resturants to see every night. Very chilled and I would gladly go again

This is the most beautiful resort I have ever stayed in. The beaches are fabulous and there is so much to do in the area. The food is amazing and the locals very friendly and helpful and go out of their way for you. The reosrt was also very clean and beautiful. I cant recommend a nicer idyllic place to visit.

The location was beautiful and there were loads of things to do. The prices were reasonable and the food in the restaurants was very delicious. I cannot wait for our return trip there.
