We visit 3 times a year so what more can we say ! We enjoy our time there and the staff treat us well the food is great caters for all and the rooms are good clean only thing we would say is the entertainment needs to be up dated but we dont watch it every night other things to do and see

We stayed here for 2 weeks on our Honeymoon last year.

the hotel was lovely, maybe not the most up to date but for the price I thought it was fantastic

the restaurants were all lovely, pools were clean and drinks were excellent

Overall i have no complaints and would go back

I checked in to this hotel on the 22/5/10 with my Husband and two children 12&13,and checked out 4 days later and moved to the RIU Mambo, on the whole the Hotel in parts is nice and the staff are very good and accomodating. The hotel was not fully occupied and the entertainment team consisted of two young lads and a very poor entertainment area that needs more than updating. My main issue with the hotel was the main restaurant area, it is out door eating and has lots of birds flying in out taking bread from your table and pinching food, not to mention a couple of cats sitting outside the restaurant the choice of food was poor, it does have 3 lovely restaurants you can book into and eat at, but the food was not suitable for my fussy children. The rooms are ok, we were situated in a block near the quiet pool and overlooked a night club that was booming music out until 4am. The beach is nice but you get loads of mither all the time. Our rep Nelson was brilliant and did his best to help us hence the move to the Riu Mambo. The hotel seems to attract groups of people and it can seem a bit rough!. The problem is we have visited the Dominican Republic before and I think I expected the same quality of hotel and service so it was difficult to not compare it to elsewhere. I wouldnt reccomend this hotel to my friends but there did seem to be some happy people there.

i have stayed at this hotel twice and have never been dissapointed. the staff are very friendly all over the hotel. rooms are basic yet clean, food is usually a wide variaty i never struggled to find anything to eat.

only downside is being hassled on the beach constantly by the sellers although they usually go away with a firm no thank you.

Great Hotel, rooms were a little tired but very clean and the people were amazing, friendliest I have ever come across on a Carribbean Island, nothing was too much trouble a complete pleasure to meet them.
