The hotel is lovely, the staff are friendly an helpful. The food is the best I have had at an AI Resort, however there is still quite a lot of room for improvement.

- The gym had half of the Cardio Machines out of service, this wasn't recotofied within our week stay, so I'm not sure how long this has been the case for.

- One problem that we did encounter on this holiday was right at the end of our trip. We were getting on the bus to depart the hotel and make our way to the airport. When a man that worked witht the luggage man demanded that we give him a check out slip! We were not told about this, nor have we ever heard of this before. We checked out and nothing was given to us or mentioned. The man was very agressive and demanded that we go back to the hotels reception and get it, where there was a huge queue! I told him to get it himself if it was that important and he grabbed our bags, and marched us to the desk! It is a shame that this happened at the last moment, as First and last impressions make a big impact in your industry. It's an un-neseccary process, especially as it was an AI Resort, I mean what sort of tab could we run off and leave exactly. I do know that I am very Customer Focused, as I work in the industry myself and it may not seem like a big deal. I will however never forget the way we were treated and think maybe you should raise this with the hotel.

An amazing hotel newly build and is a few steps away from the beach, very clean and the staff are very friendly with an excellent choice of food. A short taxi drive away from local shops where u can get some real bargains!

This 5 star hotel is an excellent hotel situated in a beautiful bay with its own pool and sectioned off part of the sea, the food in the hotel is varied and excellent and the staff are very friendly.
