I have been travelling to Protaras for 10 years and keep returning, they must be doing something right :-)

Limassol is a nice resort, lots to do in the evening, cracking weather and nice beach. Everyone speaks English, there are some decent shops. Price-wise it is OK, we would go back.

resort is ok as u have what you need in holiday village, paphos i found everything a bit spread out, the harbour is nice but would not rush back apart from that not much else to see around the area, Fasouri water park is fantastic and hotels and reps will arrange transport and tickets x

It is a quiet town with very friendly and polite people. Everybody speak english so comunication is not realy a big problem.

Lovely, clean resort. Lots of places to visit including fun and daring things and site seeing. Ayia Napa is quite busy. There are loads of shops and places to eat. You could go for 2 weeks and still have plenty to do.

I will be returing to Ayia Napa in the near future =D

Resort is quiet but totally safe with enough restaurants and supermarkets.The resort itself could do with a bus service so car hire is a must

I've been to Kavos and Magaluf, but this is by far the best! Highly recommend starting at Senior Frogs, then Pirates bar, then the silent disco at Bedrocks. You won't be disappointed.

Ayia Napa is a nice resort. The beach is fantastic, lovely and sandy. Plenty of good shops and bars to wonder round in the evening. Food is generally very good, really hot weather. It was a good choice.

We really loved Paphos, we were just a bit let down with the location of our hotel as we were really far out and had to walk miles or get a taxi everywhere. Would most definitely return and stay somewhere more central, perhaps closer to the Harbour, which was amazing, so many nice restaurants and so pretty. Also worth a trip to the Tombs of the Kings, as its only €1.70 per person for admission. However go prepared with good walking shoes, sun cream and plenty of water as you are really exposed to the sun. All in all a great little holiday destination.

cant really say much about the resort as we were all inclusive so we stopped at the hotel most of the time apart from 2 days we went out to the harbour and the old town. Cyprus is very expensive anyway so the cost of food and drink is quite high anyway so thats why we decided to go all inclusive. We didnt go to the main beach as the hotel had its own beach. We didnt go out at night as we were in a quiet location and had entertainment on at the hotel every night. There were lots of trips that you could do and things to see but to be honest we went away to totally relax, do nothing but just switch off !...Apart from anything else it was too hot to hire a car or go anywhere.

plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Nice beach not too far from paphos. Can hire quad bikes and cars. Think Coral Bay is better than Paphos by miles.

I visited the Cyprus Museum in july 2010. It is organised mainly in rooms in historical sequence from Neolithic times. It was mainly well organised, but I found the display on agriculture disappointing and strangely displayed next to the metallurgy section. The artefacts on the display are fascinating and although many are from heritage shared with other cultures (such as Graeco-Romano, Venetian and Ottoman periods) there are also many fascinating artefacts unique to Cyprus. The terracotta pieces in particular fascinated me: these included life-size figures as well as small bowl-shaped arrangements containing figurines and depictions of scenes. Tour groups whiz round in about half an hour, but I think you need at least 1.5 hours to appreciate this interesting museum. There are good toilet facilities, a nice garden and cafe outside.

The location was beautiful and there were loads of things to do. The prices were reasonable and the food in the restaurants was very delicious. I cannot wait for our return trip there.

Finikoudes beach-promenade. Good clean safe blue flag beach,lined with palm trees. on the other side of the rd there are plenty of bars-restraunts. Or take a walk up to the marina. It is worth takeing some pics, it is only a couple of minutes walk from the town centre.With bus stops from there you can get to, Nicosia/Limassol/Protaras/ayiaNapa, aslo to the Larnaca tourist area.I love this place I sit on a bench and watch the world go by.
