Polis is very quiet but has some nice restaurants. The beach is pebbly and sandy but the sea when we went was still very warm in the evening with people still swimming around 8.30 in the evening. There is no natural shade so you will have to get a parasol if going when really hot. There is a snack bar and toilets on the front.

Ayia Napa is a great resort if your a party goer who whats to go out like its a Saturday night every night of the week on your holiday! I have been going there for the past six years and its great to see so many familiar faces in the resort every year.

The resort has a unique bar/club culture which kicks off at around 10 with the resorts 100-200 fun pubs. Its great fun bar hopping through napa and finding the best deals until the bars close at 2 and then hitting one of the clubs open.

My favorite clubs are Castle, Starskys, Ice and Carwash, however theres a few more for different tastes.

Napa previous had a hardcore following of fans due to its extensive links to the Garage and Urban music scene in the UK, however in recent years this has faded and the resort now seems quiter in peak season than days gone past.

Napa also used to be a cheap holiday in the days of the Cypriot pound, with the introducton of the euro prices have now gone sky high and you can expect to pay upto 7 euro for a jd and coke in places.

I love Napa and its a great place, but with drinks now being more expensive than Miami South beach I would rather go further abroad next year and not get ripped off. I think many people have now come to this realisation and unless prices in Napa come down then the resort is doomed!

The overall resort was very good. The location was exceptional. Very good if you're looking for a good nightlife!

Although the beach wasn't too far away, it wasn't one of the best I've been to. When I visited other parts of Cyprus, I began to appreciate how wonderful the beaches were there.

Eating ou wasn't particularly expensive. The local people were very friendly; encouraging us to go into their restaurants and you could bargain good prices with them.

The shopping area wasn't brilliant. There were many outlets selling fake designer brands, so if you wan't to look like a superstar for less; it's ideal!

Would definately recommend- not for families though! is quite expensive to eat and drink, but worth every penny & will be returning next year. Fun fun fun!

paphos is quite a nice place to visit although we couldn't help feeling it lacked a certain charm or something special about it.

some lovely restaurants, chloes chinese restaurant should not be missed!!! :) very tasty!

trips to the troodos mountain makes a good day out as well as the bird and animal park. the roman mosaics are also worth a visit if you are interested in history of the place

beaches are beauiful. plenty to do for familys and parties .lots of history.felt very safe in this resort.must go to waterpark kids will love it.

We went as a group of lads and there is literally girls everywhere..the pool area is really sociable, and has music playing all day long from about 10:30 in the morning (which isn't the best if you've been on a heavy night). don't expect much sleep if your coming to ayia napa. defonately book air con, otherwise you will feel absolutely drained every day.

While on the main strip, there will be loads of people trying to sell you tickets. You can always get the price down! Especially if your in a group. Normally you can get a fair few free drinks to go with entry if you ask the person.

If your going to Ayia Napa, about 10 days is probably the ideal amount of time you can spend if u intend on going out most nights, as it is pretty expensive to go out and buy drinks when your out.

was ok once you got there we did have a good time the kids reps were lovely and the entertainment reps worked very very hard no problems with them at all infact all the staff there were lovely it all just needs a bit of tlc

Shops and resturant nice resort but not overcrowed in July before the peak summer holiday period, so we treally liked it! We [family (3 adults 1 teenager 1 baby) stayed one week and went on one trip An All-inclusive Catamaren Boat trip. Expensive and low satisfaction. more of sun lounger than boat trip, sea choppy so people sick, no guided tour of where we were (going), anchored at Coal Bay v nice, then round the bay where water was not clean (toliet paper floating in sea...) not nice.

Pernera is small and quiet so if want clubbing go to Ayia Napa!!!,if you want a good sized resort with plenty of bars etc try Protaras,if you do go to Protaras visit the dancing waters show at night but beware, dont sit at the front unless your wearing a bikini or your speedos!!!!???.

The resort is lovely and plenty to see and do. Only went in a couple of times and had a lunch and drink, the resort was reasonably priced and the food excellant.

NAPA WAS ABSOLOUTELY BRILLLIANNTTTTTT This was without a doubt the best holiday I've ever been on. 3rd year in a row away for 2 weeks with the girls we had been to zante and magaluf before and napa defo tops them all! This hotel had some bad reviews and I was a bit apprehensive before we left for napa, but I can honestly say the hotel was fine, basic but what else do u need when u are on a party holiday?! The staff were friendly and always made sure we were okay, the drinks at the pool bar were brilliant price and the atmosphere in general was brilliant with loads of young people at this hotel! The location was a 5min walk from the nightlife which is perfect for any young groups of people going away! .. We loved this hotel and holiday so much we plan to book for the exact same place next year! Glasgow Girliesssss xxxxxx

Protaras is a nice resort. The beach is fantastic, lovely and sandy. Plenty of good shops and bars to wonder round in the evening. Food is generally very good, really hot weather. It was a good choice.

we were on the outskirts and walked into town every night. the beaches were too busy for us but there are quieter ones within walking distance or by local bus. plenty to do for all - children, young folk, couples and older folk

Its quite close to alot of restaurants and the nightlife is about 3 mins by taxi, ir a 10 mins walk, car hire should cost about 28 euros a day and its worth while hiring one to see the mountains and its great to travel around this great island.
