We highly recommend these very spacious villas, set in large private gardens. You'll need transport, because the villas are about a half hour walk from the village of Latchi, partly on rough track, partly on a main road with no pavement and without street lights at night.
We had a large kitchen, two bathrooms, two lounge areas, two covered patio areas with seating for about 12 people, two large bedrooms, plus two beds set up in one of the lounge areas, there were also sliding doors to separate the villa. There's a decent sized swimming pool which is cleaned regularly.
The specification was excellent: Microwave, washing machine , very large fridge freezer, full size gas cooker, CD player, satellite TV (mostly foreign channels) immersion heater to augment the solar heating.
There isn't much to do in Latchi, there's a small marina, about half a dozen or so restaurants and a couple of supermarket/gift shops. Polis has a wider selection of restaurants but more expensive.
choose these villas for a quiet relaxing holiday rather than for the things to do.
