Booked trip with Kuoni to Pyramids had a fantastic day as the rep was so knowledgeable would advise you to go with a tour operator to get the history then return and just look in wonder on your own. Spent over 3 hours in the Museum, did not go with tour op...
Booked trip with Kuoni to Pyramids had a fantastic day as the rep was so knowledgeable would advise you to go with a tour operator to get the history then return and just look in wonder on your own. Spent over 3 hours in the Museum, did not go with tour operator as the are time restricted and we wanted to enjoy the splendor at our leisure. The hotel got us a taxi for ours plans for the day to the Citadel and Mohamed Ali Mosque these are the same place so dont get conned by a taxi telling you it is two stops as they park up and leave you to it. Will probably need up to 2 hours here as it is a trek up the hill to the entrance booth. Also went to the coptic churches and the Khan Al Kalili bazaar for a bit of bartering and fun.
A memorable holiday beyond compare which we will never forget. It eating at the hotel try the Mexican as it is excellant.
