The hotel was filthy. There were gangs of youths hanging around within the hotel in the evenings which made it very uncomfortable to women to walk around within the hotel complex. The public toilets were disgusting. The inclusive drinks were poured in such...
The hotel was filthy. There were gangs of youths hanging around within the hotel in the evenings which made it very uncomfortable to women to walk around within the hotel complex. The public toilets were disgusting. The inclusive drinks were poured in such a way that it took ages for the beers head to settle. They took forever to serve the drinks so that you had less. There was no icecream for the kids as offered in the brochure. There were man holes on the first floor which were sitting about 6 inches above the floor which made it very dangerous to walk along the corridors especially when it was dark and most of the night lights were not working. There were mice in the lower rooms. There was never enough glasses or cups, so more often then not we had to go looking for dirty glasses or cups in order to get a drink. The hotel was a disgrace.
