This place was a total shambles - the food was sparse and badly cooked; live vermin exercised daily in the dining room; the chef got sacked and the food generally condemned following a surprise visit from the travel company's area manager; the pool used the wrong chemicals and was closed by a travel rep; the staff were rude and surly; the facilities in the room such as the air con, shower and toilet either didn't work or were awful. We got moved eight days into the holiday to a much better hotel. We won't be going back to the Cinderella Beach.

For around £300 each for 2 weeks all inclusive, this was an excellent holiday. The hotel was new to accepting English, but staff were good with our language. It is a part of Egypt that is just opening up. We go for snorkelling as well as sun, so with a go...
For around £300 each for 2 weeks all inclusive, this was an excellent holiday. The hotel was new to accepting English, but staff were good with our language. It is a part of Egypt that is just opening up. We go for snorkelling as well as sun, so with a good reef accessible from the beach, plus coral and pools between, we were suited. The site is compact, so great for anyone like me, who has some walking difficulties,though there is a slope down to the beach. The rooms and site in general are a little ";tired";, though some renovation was taking place while we were there. In particular, the pool was out of action for the whole two weeks. However, the rooms were clean with a fridge, and a t.v. showing 24 hours a day films in English. The food was very good, well prepared and cooked, with a good choice - our party agreed it was better than some 5* hotels.
If you want a quiet and peaceful holiday the Cinderella is great.
