What can I say about this hotel. From the moment we set foot in here we were totally looked after.
This is hotel is spotlessly clean, they appear to be cleaning 24/7 and nothing is too much trouble. The general toilets are some of the cleanest I have come across.
The rooms are clean and kept clean by the room boy. The nice touch is bathrobes and slippers plus the usual hair stuff soap and washing powder.
Tiran Restaurant - excellent. Service excellent. I can understand guests saying that food is repetetive but there is only so much you can do with salads and desserts. Everything is always very fresh and hot food is hot. There is also a fresh food station where eggs in the morning are cooked - some lunch and some dinner menus are also served from here. There is a different theme every night and believe me the fish evening on a Saturday is good. Special thanks to Saad, Hany and Mohammed - you looked after us well. Oh and of course the management,.
Paradise and Poolside Bar - Here you can either just drink or have lunch and dinner served al la carte. Lunch you can just drop by or evening you will have to book - as you do the Egyptian Restaurant but for some reason we never got there. Perhaps it was because we were having such a good time at the bar of an evening - even singing one night!!
Verandah bar is for tea and cakes mid afternoon - or drinks all day as is the lobby bar. Thanks Mahmoud (once in the Paradise then transferred up to the Lobby) we had a good time.
Pool is a very relaxing place. They come round in the morning to clean your sunglasses, bring you ice cold towels after lunch and even put your umbrellas up for you. Thanks to Mahmoud and Talaat - you helped make our holiday.
Amier, Moustafa (Pool Bar) and Haitham walk round to get you to go to their "Special Evenings" Go - they are tremendous - especially the fish party. Thanks Guys.
I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. The new manager Tarek is a very "hands on" manager. He is seen very often walking through the grounds, will speak and if you have any concerns or suggestions then talk to him - he will always listen.
I have never wanted to return to a hotel or place but this one breaks all the rules.

Overall
This holiday was the best ever. So much so that I am returning in May next year something I vowed I would never do. Tried to get into Naama Bay but friend had a "dicky" tummy, so we didn't get there. We will next time!!
