A very good all inclusive resort. Wouldnt rate it as 5* but all in all a very clean and well kept hotel complex. Food was plentiful and always something there to suit everyone. The Drinks at the bar etc...were always easily accessed with no long waits. Very good over all and i would go back again no problem. Quite a steep climb back up to the main pool area from the beach but no real issue.

just got back from hilton and well dont belive all you hear about this place. staff were great but everything else was rubbish. food crap if your a veggie then your in trouble. all my girlfriend was eating was pizza as they didnt have a alot to choise from. be careful walking around as the floors can be wet without signs up. if you go to the beach then be ready to walk up alot of steps. when you come back. i can go on and about this place but this is by far the worst place i have been. went to hilton long beach last year and that was 100% better real beachs and no steps to walk. as for namma bay hahaha... not as good as people say. we are young and as for things to do hahaha its crap.

went to the hilton in early june, what a great hotel, the staff were great the food was good plenty of selection you would have to be very picky if you couldn't find anything you liked, entertainment could be better but not that bad. there was easy access to the busy narma bay taxis are cheap enough.take high factor suncreams as temperatures were about 45c every day. if you like snorkelling it was a dream ,crystal clear water and plenty of fish to see. would definately recommend this hotel, hopefully we will go back next year.
exellent value for money

Hotel and staff were first class and could not do enough to help with any questions etc. Snorkelling was amazing - huge variety of fish and coral very colourful and great to explore. I went snorkelling 3 or 4 times a day and due to tide levels no dive was the same - always different fish to see and plenty of them.
The only problem we had with the holiday was down to the travel agent - On The Beach - I would be reluctant to use OTB for any future holiday bookings. They passed on the wrong name to 'You Travel' who were booking our accommodation at the hotel. I spotted this error about 3 weeks before we were due to arrive at hotel but after around 20 e mails to OTB and You Travel who just kept on blaming each other and saying that it was up to the other company to sort out the problem. The wrong name was also given in relation to our so called free transfer - when we arrived at Sharm Airport we were not on the transfer list - when we arrived at the Hotel we were booked under the wrong name which caused a delay in booking in and some frustration trying to sort matters out. The party we were travelling with were told on a number of occasions that free transfers were not included in their deal - even although the booking receipt stated free transfers. Due to being told that transfers were not included they went ahead and organised their own transfer via the internet about 2 weeks before the holiday. Around 10 days before the holiday OTB sent a free transfer voucher - too late and no refund available on the one they had already booked. When phoning OTB re a problem you are given their admin number and advised to call this............ after trying for over 1 hour I gave up at it just rings out. OTB only act as a middleman - in future I will deal directly with companies such as First Choice/ Thomson Fly to book my flight and Hotels4U etc to book accommodation. Will probably work out cheaper and less hassle free when faced with any problems. I will certainly not be using the services of OTB in the future. I travel abroad around 4/5 times a year and this company have been the least helpful when a problem occurs..........as outlined above.
Only one visit to Naama Bay - been before but was with friends otherwise would not have bothered. Very 'blackpooly' - loads of shops and quite a few entertainment venues.

Good hotel as you would expect with Hilton but still room for improvement. Had no big problems and would certainly recommend hotel but a few things could have been better: 1st the negatives: Hotel Gym - consisted of 1 treadmill 3 bikes and some weights! not good when 8 people trying to use equipment at same time! Main Pool - lovely setting and beautiful pool but absolutely freezing cold - also needed to get up pretty early to get a sunbed - not a problem as i was in the gym! Hotel Reception staff freindly enough but no real customer service - unable to book late checkout room on departure despite 2 attempts, booked veggie breakfast meals for trip and had to leave hotel for trip before they could sort out why rolls were beef! Okay service but not brilliant! Now the positives: Staff were generally freindly and helpful and a couple were particularly lovely, food was good overall but got a bit boring by end of hoilday - pizza and pasta was great in Italian restaurant, not to mention hot freshly cooked waffles and icecream for pud.Rooms really clean and spacious. Beach area is really nice for a change and snorkelling is fantastic off the hotel jetty. Husband and son prebooked scuba course through hotel and dive centre onsite is excellent and staff brilliant.
Sharm is excellent base for holiday and hotels are really close to airport so no long transfers. Airport excellent no problems at all no real queues and easy to get visas sorted. Also did day trips to Luxor and Cairo both fantastic days out and worth ...
