hotel room was very big. staff are discusting. i was sexually assaulted in the toilets on the second day by a member off the cleaning staff. i reported the incident and the man was beaten in front of us by the hotel manager. then again by the police. he was later sent to prison. I would never advise anyone to go to Egypt as the staff are all men and can not be trusted around women. I am still getting over this holiday. it has totally ruind my life. I think about what he did every day and just pray it wasnt a young girl in the toilet that day as she might not have been able to pull away from him. DO NOT GO

Day one:Complaint room,torn bedcovers,filty curtains,bathroom stunk had to buy a bottle of dettol to get rid of the smell.Day two: A touch of the sharm el sheiks !! yes upset stomach so severe i was not far of returning back to the UK.Also a day trip i booked had to be cancelled due to this illness.I can only contribute my bad stomach to the food i ate at the resort,This was due to probably the hundreds of russians handling the food and a combination of un-hygenic working practices.Also spoke to staff that complaint about the food and had been constantly sick !!.Swimming that was great if you could fight off the fly's !! It was like a horror movie absolutely disgusting.This resort does not cater for English people and really caters for the drabs of russians that are just about everywhere.ould i go there again,I dont think so

Food was good. I am a fussy eater (dont like cheese or pasta) So I usually have problems, was able to eat a full meal every lunch and dinner time. Restaurant is too small but a new one is being built. staff friendly, rooms lovely and cleaned every day. Go with an op[en mind and make up your own mind. Russians are a problem with lack of manners but what can management do about that? They are the new Germans!!!! A great holiday would go back again no hesitation

just returned from 10 days at the rehana sharm,(only got 9 1/2),once you check out of your room the all inc, stops,the pools were not the cleanest i've seen,plastic cups,hair,and other things floating in them,the main dining room is totaly inadiquat,not enough cups at breakfast for your tea,we had to use plastic cups that you would normally use for water, after a couple of days of this we bought our own.sea food resteraunt was never open, oriental resteraunt? (it's not)you get what you are given, italian was the best, at least you had a choice from a menu. the bar staff are very slow,could take 15mins to get served, i'll explain,first five mins, catch there atention,next order drinks,he then serves someone else, he nods pours your drinks,says he will bring them over to your table,10 mins later you might get what you ordered,(THEY DID NOT GET A TIP), the only staff wearth tipping are the pool boys who will get your mattres for you and lay out your towel,(we almost always got the same sun loungers),the boys who clean the rooms are also very good,THE GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER,she is not worth a toss,we first saw her after 3 or 4 days,she asked us to fill out a review form,she sat and waited till we had done this(we should have waited till the last day)we never saw her again till we were checking outonly then did we realise our all/inc had stopped, wheh i pointed out to her that we had payed for 10 nights she just walked away sniggering. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS HOTEL.LEAVE IT TO THE RUSSIANS.

Rehana Sharm Resort is a lovely hotel with lots of swimming pools and bars so theres plenty to do. The rooms were nice, however the leak in the shower was much more powerful than the shower itself!! When we got there the man who took our cases was very ungrateful for his 2euro tip, and it was only at the end of the holiday that we found out they expect tips for everything. The food was VILE. We ate out most nights as it was cheap enough, but that wasnt too much of a problem as overall our hotel only cost £125 each all inclusive for a week. We made the most of our free drinks, although they were often running out of certain ones. Their alcohol was also vile! Their measures are ridiculous and wayy too strong. The hotel is very calm and relaxing, but you do get pestered alot to go and get a massage etc which is actually quite expensive in the hotel. We was told we could visit the bit nicer restaurants on the resort free of charge on our stay, however these were always fully booked, until the day we went home. When checking out, dont check out at the designated time, wait until just before you get picked up as they dont let you use their all inclusive facilities once you have had your wristband cut off. Its quite a way from the main town Naama Bay, but the taxis are cheap. Dont get a taxi from the hotel though, as their taxis link up with hassle shops, where you have to go back to ask them to phone the taxi.
