Hotel very shabby. Bar/lounge area seats only about 15. Our coach had 36 guests and there were two coach loads in. 72 people in all, therefore a shambles. Breakfast was chaos, evening meal worse. Food brought in ready plated from outside caterers. Very...
Hotel very shabby. Bar/lounge area seats only about 15. Our coach had 36 guests and there were two coach loads in. 72 people in all, therefore a shambles. Breakfast was chaos, evening meal worse. Food brought in ready plated from outside caterers. Very poor choices. Our bedroom had electrical sockets hanging from the wall, exposing bare wiring. Redeeming features were obliging staff and clean beds. Quite a walk into Annecy itself. Shearings also use this hotel.
Annecy itself lovely.
