We prebooked this two star Logis through the Logis de France website. First impressions were good but then we were shown to a room off the garden path at the back of the hotel (Room 4). This turned out to be a room without a window in either the room or the bathroom. The only light coming in was through the half glazed door. As it was very hot at the time the only possibility for fresh air at night would have been to leave open the door to the garden - not exactly very secure or safe. We left to find accommodation elsewhere having been told there would be no charge, but of course we were later charged for one night's stay.
Vivier is pleasant enough with views to Mont St Michel but there are far nicer beaches elsewhere in Brittany. We finally booked in at the Hotel Bretagne up the road which had a nice restaurant overlooking Mont St Michel bay (and two windows in the room)
