I've just returned from 2 weeks at Holiday Green and it is quite possibly the WORST holiday we have had. The campsite is pathetic. Don't listen to anyone who tells you otherwise.

I've just returned from 2 weeks at Holiday Green and it is quite possibly the WORST holiday we have had. The campsite is pathetic. Don't listen to anyone who tells you otherwise.
We have been to other campsites in Spain and France and high hopes for this site in the South of France. How wrong we were...
The staff are rude and apathetic. The kids club is run exclusively for French children. The pool area is not adequate for the size of the campsite. People lie everywhere and its very tricky trying to walk past them. The pool area has a concrete surface but it in a poor state of repair with lots of crumbling bits that get in your feet. V sore for kids and adults alike! Also, if you don't get to the pool by 9.30am and pay your 5 euros for your sunbeds you won't have a chance of getting one! Even if you do get a bed, people will lay towels right next to you (so close you are touching each other - eeek!). Also a big consideration if you are taking kids - there is no life guards on duty at the pool (and the pool gets totally mobbed and you have to watch your kids all the time - v stressful).
The snack bar and restaurant are also very poor. Again, staff are rude and uninterested. I paid 15 euros for 3 cokes (come on!!!!). Very limited menu at snack bar and restaurant.
There are only 2 shower blocks on the whole site (for around 700 pitches - pathetic).
The evening entertainment is non existent and you have no option than to get into your hire car and go into town for the night.
There is nothing endearing about this campsite. Although it is near to the autoroute and you can easily get away to St Tropez, Cannes, Antibes, Monaco, Nice...
Seriously, I wouldn't waste your money - go somewhere else.
