very basic but clean,no tea and coffee making facilities in room. you had to hire a kettle for 30.00 euros deposit, to buy tea and coffee pack cost 4.50 euros from reception, pack included 2 teabags,some tiny samples of milk(4),sugar and 2 coffee sachets, 2 packs shortbread biscuits(2 biscuits in each pack. bath towels small, 4 in total. no hand towels, minimal toilettries.some staff helpful. buy supplies at esso garage just outside santa fe, much cheaper. no shop on site to buy food provisions.

Just returned from a 3 night/4 day holiday at the Hotel Santa Fe, Disneyland Paris. Hotel basic, but clean and more than adequate. Booked direct with Disney and eveything went really well. Everything is very organised with plenty of free transfort from the hotel to the parks. We expected it to be busy at this time of year and it was with up to 2hr queues for the popular rides. You can use fast passes but only one at a time so plan your day carefully to make the most of it. Everything was expensive due to the poor exchange rate at the moment. The garage at the side of the hotel is cheaper for drinks and snacks and dont buy expensive bottled water as there are plenty of water fountains in the parks to fill up your bottles. Be warned most of the Europeans do not know how to queue so dont stand back and let them push in as they will believe me. We waited over 1 hour to watch the parade only to find people just pushing in front of us with their children at the last minute to get better views. Stand your ground as we had to. The resort lives up to its name in that it is Magic!! Apart from the problems with queues we had a brilliant time and would recommend the holiday.

it was good but we didnt eat at hotel so not sure about food great staff and characters at the hotel over all good

We stayed in santa fe twice now and both times very good, the hotel is clean and friendly staff, breakfast is hectic but there is a good choice and plenty of it..... Plenty of seating and clean tables..... Rooms basic two double beds and bathroom toilet. Fine for just sleeping and clean /comfortable room service daily and toiletress replaced every day. Easy transport every 10 mins to park but this is the only problem we encountered .......There are no ropes to stand behind forming a orderly queeue, so it was very much push and shove as to who got on first, I did report this and was told they were working on it (so hopefully on my return trip sept 2008) I will be to update this............... The parks are next to each other as is down town disney so all with in easy walking distance......................................................... Disney is what dreams are made of and we love it.......................... And cant wait to return...

Hotel Sante is no more than a motel, the rooms are clean but small with two double beds, chest of drawers and a single unit. There is no chair to sit on so you had to use the beds if you wanted to sit anywhere. In the bathroom there were no hand towels, just one bath towel each and of course no toiletries. We asked to hire a kettle but there wasnt one available until the second day we were there. The dining room is a nightmare to put it bluntly, it is huge and very very noisy, people pushing an crushing you as you tried to get your food. Some mornings there we no plates, and you had to checkthe cups as they would not be properly cleaned/

All in all the complex reminds you of a very shabby Butlins. Nowhere to sit to have a cup of tea or coffee, you could get limited snacks in the bar at lunchtimes but otherwise there was nothing. No comfort at all in this complex. The Seqouia Lodge was far superior and of course Disney land is Disney what else, repretive choice of food.Dont visit at the weekend as it gets manic and as others have said our EU cousins dont know how to queue. Shuttle buses were good.
