the makasutu lodges cannot be rated. in all my travels i have never been to such a fantastic place. granted it was expensive but it was money well spent.
the food at the lodges was something special, there was no menu you chose what you wanted to eat...

the food at the lodges was something special, there was no menu you chose what you wanted to eat and they cooked it for you. the staff were wonderful, a little bit over the top at first, but once they got to know you they treated you like good friends. the lodge owners(james and lawrance) came to greet you on arrival and also had a farewell meal with you. We stayed in the stilted lodge which more than meet our expections with an extremly unusual bathroom and toilet. i've sat here trying to think of a negative comment to put on this review but i could'nt.
if you get the chance to go jump for as these sort of hoildays dont come around very often.
