ua nova is a small hotel with 15 rooms but is being updated by another 4 rooms all so they are modernising the rooms, the staff are very friendly they cannot do enough for you nothing is to much trouble the hotel is clean but very basic as it is a third world country which is to be expected.
There is a beach bar called weatherspoons which sell lovely meals in a beach shack.
all so there is a beatifull restaurant called SOLANA the food there is out of this world if you do not see on the menu anything you like just ask and the owner which is called francisco what ever you fancy and he will make it for you no problem at all. It is situated along the red wall which you go by to the beach it is just before you get to la calypso all so there are rooms to let there which are very reasonable rating. on the meal excellant well recamended.

Baga is very livly there are no end of shops as they call them we would call them market stalls they get on your nerves after a bit with trying to get you in side to by things but once you have been inside one you have seen what is in the others as they all stock the same stuff. You can get loads of bargens in the shops they sell lovely leather, suede, and fir coats. plus jewelery gold and silver.you have to haggle for everything. well worth a visit to goa.
