Skala Potamias is a an attractive resort. There are a good selection of bars and restaurants and it is lively and bustling at night, without being hectic. The beach is sandy and tends to be quieter in the middle of the bay, although it is narrower there. The water is exceptionally clear and warm, with a long stretch of shallow water. There are a number of well stocked mini markets and souvenir shops to browse. We hired a car to explore the island and were impressed with how green the island is. Limeneas (Thassos Town) has fascinating ancient remains and an excellent museum. Alkyi is really beautiful; we explored the headland and returned to the beach for lunch at a taverna and an afternoon of swimming in the gorgeous bay.

Alykanas is a nice resort, has everything you expect. Beach is nice, plenty of good restaurants and bars for the evening and a few decent shops. Came home with some good souvenirs.

Santorini is a great island. Lovely beaches and the main town is really nice. Highlight is the stereotypical trip up to the church on the hill! We would gladly go back.

A very good resort. Been twice and its got a bit of everything. Particulary recommend the excellent "Greek Kitchen" restaurant. Its a bit further up the street but absolutely superb. Great food and fantastic staff.

The resort was lovely as it has not yet been overdeloped with bars and shops. We went horseriding which I would say to anyone give it a go. Nanas horses were who we went with and Nana herself was quite a character we all loved her and her horses too. It was good fun. We had never been before and my children are aged 11 and 9 and they both loved theexperience and never once felt in any danger. We also went on a boat trip to smugglers island and the jeep safari too. Both of these were very interseting. The two things or actually people that I must rave are the two reps that we met one was named Ian Laurence who we went on the boat trip with he was just fantastic he was such a lovely and interesting guy and the other rep was our hotel repa nd her name was Katie. All I can say is you need to employ more people like these two. they could not do enough for you and I was so glad that we got to meet them.

Zante is so good! Beaches are great got free sunbeds on some parts of it. Very livley and full of people our age ect. We went over there and knew a friend repping there so she showed us all the best places to go on the strip. The restraunts are great there was one called Forianas I think they jus gave us free fish bowls and jugs of wine we litrally just paid for our main course when we went there and walked out tipsy ready for a night on the strip! Every bar is great but we mostly ended up in Zeros which plays all sorts of music so its good for all :)

Great harbour with plenty to eat and drink. The restauranuts vary from cheapish to expensive, so cater for all types. Great tavanas nad everywhere we ate we found the food really good

I cant really make much comment on Kolymbia itself as we hardly left the holiday village. The fish spa pedicure was an experience though

Perfect location on the front of the beach, only 10 minutes walking to the center , a lot of cafe , nice 4 swimming pool, wi- fi in the reception and in some rooms ,Spa(Jacuzzi/Sauna /Massage). I had a fantastic Romantic Evening in the Spa facilities with fresh fruits anf wine.

Due to fantastic hotel didn't venture out much! Try the Fish Spa tho its worth trying for 15 euros for 30 mins as you won't want to pay £45 for 10 mins in the UK! Get through the thought of it and the first few minutes then its fine, feels like pins and needles!

The hospitality of the staff, the very good service, the cleanliness and the food was very tasty. Also Georgiupolis is very nice place with very long beach .Have many restaurants , bars .I liked the location which was in walking distance from the city and shopping streets but also the seaside was just outside of the hotel.

Resort rather quiet, a few bars, Frog and Tiffany the best. Food very good in most places the best being Syrtaki on the main road. Great for travelling into Skiathos Town for the evening. Bus service great runs until 01.00 from Town 20 mins travelling.

It is a very nice new hotel with modern rooms . It is located in a long Beach . Also, it is between Rethymnon and Chania ,so you can visit both cities.

Laganas is a contradiction - on one hand you have the very busy night life, which is great for younger people but not really suitable for families, and then on the other hand the beaches in the area are all protected because of the turtles that breed there. So there are restricted water sports on the beaches. Be prepared to be stopped by staff from every restaurant as you walk to and from the beach trying to encourage you to go in for a meal!

During the day the beaches are lovely. Very shallow and safe for young children. There are plenty of shops and bars to choose from for a good range of food and drinks. San Remo Giros is a must, for 2e you get a great lunch or dinner. ( Pork/chicken, on flatbread with garlic, tomato & onions.) FANTASTIC !! The BED bar is good for entertainment and cocktails (lady Gaga & Amy Winehouse were good) Make sure you use mosquito repellent every night as they are a big pain.
