It was very late in the season so we can not comment on night life.

Overall
This was our first holiday abroad, we could not have wanted a more friendly hotel than this, every one made us very welcome more like old friends than strangers. You could not fault the cleanliness and the food was excellent. We only had one day a bit rainy...

This holiday was very relaxing. Suitable for couples looking for a quiet break. I will come to corfu again, but maybe to a livelier resort.

Stayed for 2 weeks towards the end of season, so things were winding down a lot. Quite a few restaurants and some shops closed for winter. The resort was not as big as i thought it would be, but was a nice relaxing place. Lovely beach cleaned daily,& some...

1st visit to San Stef and impressed. End of season so place quieter. Plenty of very good tavernas and bars, but well spread out. Not noisey with "disco" beats. All hosts are very friendly and majority of places are family run by locals. Great beach, sandy and very long. Does have some nudism at far end but that is easily avoided without it affecting the beach as a family place. Watersports in high season. Also a good base for walking, to Arillas and Afionas or onto Ag Georgios. Need to be regular walker as does involve some steep climbs but roads, tracks are all excellent. Also good base if you have a car as Paleo and inland villages within easy reach.

Overall
The hotel Athina is in a brilliant location right on the beach. The poolside bar offered a varied and reasonably price menu E.g Sandwiches for 2.50 euro and a glass of wine for 2 euro which were the same prices for most of the restaurants/bars in the villag...
