Lovley little fishing villiage very unspoilt.......we stayed in a timeshare complex called Dasko Residence but you could use facilities of nearby Marine Palace Hotel whcih is owned by the Grecotel chain which is well known in Greece was of a high standard.

The Dasco was a very charming complex which surrounded the lovley pool with a small resturant which was used for breakfast and was open for lunch and evening meal......if you want a peaceful quite holidy then this is the place it was wonderful and Panorma itself was also very quiet and charming........the beach has quite dark sand but is quite clean we mnaged o do a bit of snorkling as water was really clear.saw some quite decent fish..

There is a little train that visits some of the other hotels and doe's trips into the villages which is well worth a look.........there is a bus service to Rethymno if you want a bit more life.....we hired a car as there are some wonderful places to visit.Charnia is well worth a look very pretty Venition harbour. went to a place caled Stavros beach they filmed Zorba the Greek here which is near Charnia difficult to find but well worth a visit...

Was'nt much for teenagers to do but we enjoyed the peace and quiet.....
