"Traditional working town"
Overall Resort Rating:
Did not spend enough time in the town to submit a worthwhile review as we spent all of our time in the hotel as it was truly an all inclusive hotel.

"We did not visit the resort per se"
Overall Resort Rating:
Please disregard the resort gradings - we didn't visit Nea Moudania. I understand from speaking to guests who had visited Nea Moudania that the wednesday market is a fine example of a traditional Greek market and now wished that we had visited.

"Nea Moudania"
Overall Resort Rating:
Where we stayed was quite isolated, so very quiet and relaxing. The town is quite small but there are some shops and restaurants there. The beach is lovely though, really beautiful coastline.

"Nea Moudania, Halkidiki"
Overall Resort Rating:
A working town with little to offer other than a few cafes, bars and eateries. The weekly market which winds around the streets has little in the way of clothing, leather goods and watches etc. but is mainly fruit and veg stalls with local produce for the locals. Not in the same class as say Benidorm and Fethiye markets. Two visits were more than enough.

"Small and friendly"

Very quiet. As we were all inclusive we didn't visit any restaurants. Lots of chemists around though - which we needed!

"Didn't bother moving from my sunbed!!!"

I cannot rate the resort because i seriously did not leave the side of the pool(how lazy is that!!!)Anyhow i had read all the reviews before going saying that the resort wasn't up to much so i had no intention of venturing out .

the resort of nea moudania is not the greatest. it does have everything needed. it has some very nice coffee bars and the marina offers very nice views however it is not a tourist resort and is still in the process of being built up.

"Complex too good to leave"

Not a particularly objective review of resort as we did not leave the complex too much
It seemed to be a very ordinary (if not a bit scruffy) Greek village. the complex was an oasis on the edge of the village.

"No need to leave"

I cannot really comment here as we didn't leave the hotel once (we did want a relaxing holiday) other people said that the area was good although heading into town was a little grubby.

"Excellent stay"

The resort was very small and not much to do but as the hotel was that good and their own private beach just down a few steps you did not have to venture far.
