This is by far the best hotel in the resort. We have been going to this hotel for 3 years and would never consider staying anywhere else. The staff are ultra friendly and the hotel is very clean. We have just come back from a 2 week holiday there with our 11 month old baby and we would not have gone anywhere else because it is so clean.

Well what can I say except myself(28) and my fiance(27) have both just had the time of our lives on this holiday. I'm so sad to be back home.

Kardamena is a brilliant resort for all ages although I would say between July and August it's going to busy with the young and livley.

We stayed in the Cleopartra Superior BandB. The breakfast was continental meaning cereal, toast, jam , cheese, ham, peaches, biscuits, tea, coffee . But in 40 to 46 degrees heat we weren't that bothered about eating. The staff in the hotel are all very friendly. Kirsty and Gareth the bar staff are really nice people and George the security man keeps everyone that's arriving home in the early hours quiet because the hotel has a noise policy. We got told to be quite many a time. hehe. Our rooms was cleaned n beds made everyday. We had a sea and pool view which made it more special. You have to pay for your air con, 35euros a week which was a definate must because it gets very hot.

The main area of Kardamena is only a 10 minute walk away so your really close to everything. The two main clubs Starlight n Status are only about 20 mins walk from hotel. We found Starlight to be the best. The Foam Party on a Saturday Nite is a must. Neva to be forgotten, the foam reaches 6 feet high. Amazin experience. If you talk to PRs you'll get free tickets for Starlight and Status. DownTown(cheesy music) and Stone Roses(indie n rock) are also clubs theyre both free to get into. We went there before we went clubbing because all the music turns off in the bars at 12 oclock.

For eating head to AMAZON about 9.00pm. They give you a 3 course meal and as much drinks as you can drink up until 12.00 for 20euros.(get the fishbowls).Had nice meals in Ariadni, Fu King Gou(wat a name), Alexanders and Anna's(2 mins from hotel, Stevie ure the best!!).

For drinking stay on the outskirts for cheaper drinks. Bar Street and some of the harbour front bars prices where quite dear. 5euros for vodka n coke or blue wkd. Although theres loads of free shots and cocktail deals on bar street which is good. Visited Xpose,Toxic,Poison Apple, Bar 1960(discounts if ure in the Cleopatra)loads of others and Crackers. Went to Crackers about 10.30 every night until 12.00 for it's banging dance tunes and amazin atmosphere. All the bar staff are so nice especially the PR girls.

If your interested in the excursions don't book with the reps. There's only 1 of them go on the trip unless there on the bar crawl then they're all there getting wasted. You can get them all much cheaper if you head to the Travel shops in the square. We did the 3 island cruise, zia by night and Bubble Beach buts theres loads more and at good prices. Also booked with the Sponge Man (Stefanos) on the harbour front to go scuba diving. Again another unforgettable experience and at a good price.

We loved this holiday so much were going to go back again in October. Can't wait till next year.
The Greek people are the nicest people you'll ever meet. They'll go out there way to talk to you and they'll always remember you and talk to you when they see you.
The best holiday we've ever had and we've been many places.

This is the third time I have visited this resort now, and for good reason. It has absolutely everything you need to have a fantastic holiday.

This is the first time I have stayed in the Cleopatra Superior, but I would recommend it to anyone. It is beautifully done out - the rooms are spotless and have everything you need (fridge, hairdryer etc). It is also situated in the quieter side of the resort, so there is very little, if any, noise to be heard at night.

During the day we visited the beach which is literally a two minute walk from the hotel (if that). I recommend the Paradise restaurant - they will allow you to use the sunloungers free as long as you buy a couple of drinks, or some lunch. The food there is fabulous too - try the amazing salads!

In the evenings we visited Adams cocktail bar - fabulous cocktails and the ownwers (Yianni and Liz) are lovely people. Also recommended is the Stone Roses bar - easily the best bar in the resort - no annoying reps trying to tempt you in with watery shots/cheap drinks etc, and it was still packed out efvery night in spite of this! Mad Club is also highly recommended if you're into indie/rock.

For food you can't beat Avli - easily the best restaurant I have ever visited in Greece - the meze is amazing, and the lamb stamnas is also a must.

We had a great holiday, Kos is beautiful and the people are really friendly. The weather while we were there was quite dissapointing but it didn't ruin our holiday. Cleopatra Superior Hotel is lovely, very clean rooms and has a lovely pool which is very clean. Stam who works there is a great laugh too! All the staff are friendly and helpful. You can hire bikes from a place close to the hotel and go clycling along the beach. We also went by bus to Kos Town one day which is worth a trip.

Kardamena has lots of lovely places to eat and drink. We especially liked one close to the hotel called the San Mediteranio??! Its always busy but the food and wine are excellent. There is also a nice bar next door for cocktails.
There are lots of good bars in the main area (these close at 12) and clubs (open at 12). Some of the ones we liked were Vibe, 1960, Downtown (cheesy) and Mad Club (Indie).

All in all we would def go back to Kos and to the Cleopatra Superior just maybe a bit early in the year when the weather is better :-)
