Kazazis Apartments Reviews

Kazazis is a little daunting when you first arrive as it's back off the road off a small track. However it's an oasis of calm and tranquillity (if that's what you want, which we did). With it's own pool, bar and ideal studios it's a great place to unwind.

Ligia is small and uncommercialised but has a number of tavernas, supermarkets and bakeries.

Nidri is about 15 minutes by car as is Lefkas Town.

Nidri is quite commercialised and you can book boat trips to Ithaca and Kefallonia at the harbour.

The best beach we found was Poros Beach (Mikros Gialos). Fantastic location although a pebbly beach, but really good nonetheless with crystal clear water.

Lefkas is a really pretty, green island ideal for those who want to chill, but not those who want to party.

All in all the week we spent was just what we wanted.

PS. We travelled by Astraeus airlines. I'd never herd of them before we went, but they're fantastic, much more legroom than on scheduled or other charter carriers, and excellent staff.
