We were staying elsewhere in Aug 08, but we wandered in by chance to Yolande and Spiros taverna for a drink and swim at the pool. From then on we went many times to visit and eat - Yolande's food is superb, all home cooking, and she was so good trying to explain to my son and ourselves as to what ingredients were used, which are all home grown. We would certainly think of staying there on our next visit to Lesvos.

Just wanted to let people know - DO NOT WALK PAST THE DIAMANTI - although it does not always look busy - TRY IT - THEY ARE FANTASTIC FAMILY.

Diamanti Studios and Appartments are owned by two of the nicest people we have ever met, Diamanti and her husband Spiros. Nothing is too much trouble for them and the accomodation is clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. Although on the edge of Molyvos, the town centre is only a short walk away. We were holidaying there when Goldensun crashed last September and it was a sad time to realise that Diamanti and Spiros had received no money for their efforts, for most of 2004. However this did not affect the way they treated their guests. We are booked, independantly, to go back this September. Check out their web-site at gto gr/diamanti, you wont be disappointed.

We stayed in the Diamanti Studios in May 2004. We travelled with Golden Sun, who unfortunately are no longer in business but happily Diamanti is taking bookings direct.

The studios are ideally situated for visting beautiful Molyvos and for touring the whole island.
