Amalia Apartments Stoupa Reviews

We had a fantastic holiday in Stoupa this year.
We found our apartment very clean, all the facilities we could ask for, glorious views from our balcony, exactly as shown in the brochure. We had a good welcome pack including wine, and even a dish of home made rice pudding from the caretaker, a nice touch. The pool was an excellent size, which we had to ourselves most of the time as there are only 4 apartments. It was rather a walk to the resort centre, but well worth it. Torch definately recommended for the return journey. We found everyone very friendly, even as far as the owner of a Taverna giving us a free lift back to the apartment on our first day as we were loaded down with supermarket shopping, quite amazing!
There are plenty of Tavernas to choose from, we were only there for 1 week (shame) but definately enough places to eat in a different place each night for two weeks.

We hired a jeep for 2 days which was definately worth it. We saw some out of this world scenery, Quite hairy at times looking over the edge of the ravines, even finding some quiet beaches only used by the locals.

We would most definately return to Stoupa hopefully for 2 weeks next time.
