Glaros Hotel Reviews

The Glaros is a very pleasant place to stay. The owner made a point of asking every day if there was anything wrong or if we needed anything extra.
The bathrooms were a little small, only a shower and you could only use it with the curtain open, or risk being smothered in plastic....
It boasts a superb salt water pool, a pool bar, [closed], a restaurant, [closed], room service, [not available], satellite TV, [ no english channels]. I still liked it!!
It's about 100 yards from the beach / village between 2 bays. Super bars etc on the southern [Ornos] beach.
PLEASE Try 'Orno Cafe Bar' right on the beach. Look for white marble and floating chiffon. It's a little 'up-market' but really well worth it.

The 'bus-stop' bar is another great little place. Bus service? One an hour [ish] to Mykonos Town or Agios Giannis.
I can recommend especially the Lefteris Grill, specialises in grilled/roast meats which it does very well indeed. [Meal for 2; starters, main, house wine [you won't need much more than the main] averaged 20?].
2 supermarkets, one at the crossroads just outside the village and one on the 'main' street; both well stocked with [ main street] really helpfull staff

All this said, we had a very pleasant holiday. In fact I'm going back in September.
