We visited these apartments for the second time in May/June this year. The rooms are beautifully clean and fresh, the gardens are well maintained and the on-site supermarket caters for all needs.the only down-side is that there is no on-site restaurant only a pool side cafe (which is excellent) but closes early evening.I have recommended this location to several friends and they too have come back wiyh rave reviews.

Apartments were clean and comfortable. The food served in the snack bar was very reasonably priced and of very good quality. The pool area and sunbeds were good, however, most of the party had bad rashes from the pool as the management must have put some strong chlorine or some other substance in. The blue paint on the bottom of the pool was even coming off onto our feet.
Extremely boring for under 60's. Not recommended for anyone with a sense of humor or up for a good night out.

Am sure is buzzing in the summer. However we went the last 2 weeks of October and practically had the last chartered flight off the island. Ok it was quiet but that also meant that most shops had very limited supply of everything and nowhere had any draught beers or soft drinks, consequently you'll pay top whack for bottles of beers and cokes.
The hotel is very friendly and all the staff were very chatty and helpful. The maids do a wonderful job and with a smile. The only major fault is the beds..SO HARD. Almost dreaded going to bed! The pool is also freezing.

The resort has several beaches and Lardos beach is 45 minutes walk away but quite awful. The village is a further 30 minutes walk and relatively nice. Ritzy Lindos is also about 75 minutes walk but the walk back would be very severe. There are virtually no pavements for either journey so a 1.5E bus ride or 7E taxi is safer! Rhodes town is a 5E bus ride and takes an hour. Wear sturdy footwear, the old town is nice but mainly cobbled streets! The bus stop is 10 minutes walk at the busier side of the resort.

The apprehension created by previous contributors was largely unnecessary. Our studio was adequate for 2 but would be rather small for 4 adults and the lack of partition to the second bedroom offered little privacy. It did have 2 balconies and superb sea and sunset views. The pool, restaurant and pool bar area was very pleasant and offered good value snacks and meals. The alcohol prices were the cheapest in Pefcos, 2E large beer, 3.5E cocktail and 8E Litre house wine. There was also 3 computers with free internet access when you could get the Olympic reps off! Maid service was adequate, toilet roll aplenty although she could have emptied the ‘dirty bin’ more often. Staff were generally pleasant although you did often have to catch the barmaids eye for service as they spent most time chatting to their pals at the opposite side of the bar to the pumps! The Finas restaurant offered the best value meals but Enigma was the best quality food we had and the nicest decor, pity about 12E for house wine! The karaoke’s at the Finas and elsewhere ended at 12 midnight. No real complaints then and the weather was perfect,75F everyday but cooler at night so most nights you needed a light jacket or cardigan.

Visited in October 2008 which is the end of the season so lots of places were closing but still plenty of shops open and most of the restaurants and tavernas were still fully operational. car and bike rental easily available and very good prices. There are a couple of bakeries in the town so fresh bread and pastries available every day. Nearby are the resorts of Lindos and Lardos which are well worth a visit especially Lindos which is a very magical place with it's Acropolis and may small cobbled streets and tiny shops and tavernas, buses run quite regularly to these places. Not a lively resort so if you are a party animal choose wisely.I have already booked for next year so you can see I enjoyed my relaxing holiday in Pefcos. Tracey and Greg

We stayed at the Coralli in October 2008 wanting a relaxing beach holiday and I've got to say that this is exactly what we got. We arrived at 2am and were very warmly welcomed and shown to our room. Next morning we were awoken by the sound of the waves and the gorgeous greek sun filtering into our room what better way to start the holiday. We decided to walk into the town to hire a motorbike as we like to sight see and within 30 minutes we were zipping around in the sun( which was still very hot even though it was end of season) looking at all the beaches and sights. Got to say though bike did'nt get too much use as our apartment was literally minutes down some good steps onto the beach which was deserted mostly. The pool at the Coralli was clean as was the surrounding areas, the restaurant was welcoming and always had people eating even though it is out of the town, the food was excellent full of flavour ,portions were large and the prices were very good. The owner was very friendly and always greeted you and spent time to talk to you, the staff were very helpful and had a good repour with everyone. The apartment and outside areas were very clean and the cleaning staff were always around ensuring that any mess from holiday makers or from the flowers and plants that were all around the rooms was cleaned up. Got to say that the bed was the most comfortablest bed I've found whilst travelling around Greece and a hair dryer is provided, the kitchen area was well equipped and even had a sandwich maker!!. Overall the Coralli is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the sun,sea sand and whatever else takes your fancy!!! We are definately booking to go back next year. Tracey and Greg

A beautiful easy going resort with lots to do and see and lots of shops, cafe's and bars. The Caprice on the main street is a great spot for breakfast and watching the world go by. Some of the bigger Tavernas can be a bit more expensive. There is very reasonable car hire from Zeus on Beach Road. Altogether, all anyone would want for a Greek holiday.

This has been our fourth visit to the Lia and as usual we had a wonderful holiday. The studios are situated on a piece of high ground with views right across Lardos Bay to Kiotari and beyond. The accomodation is simple but adaquet and has been refurbished this year with the addition of safe deposit box and T.V. The only minus this year was the new cleaner. Usually Maria has the place spotless and nothing was too much trouble for her, but as the long awaited baby has arrived she is at home now and the new cleaner does not have the same pride in her work. (She seems to talk endlessly on her mobile phone). However, our Olympic Rep.Genna, sorted things out for us. I do hope to go back to Pefkos and can think of no other place I want to stay than the Lia. We are fond of a chill out holiday and spend a lot of thime on the balcony just enjoying the atmosphere of the village. Two swimming pools are available for use, the Finas Hotel and the Anixis, each very near and both with good facilities for snacks, cool drinks etc. Where food is concerned, we seldom dine anywhere other than the Anixis, just below the Studios where there is great food, ample portions and very friendly service form the Trimmis family who run it, Apostolis (Dad) in the kitchen and Christos, Nickos, Angelos(sons) serving. There's also a pretty daughter but I cant remember her name. Just opposite the Inixis the family have a supermarket, and I can safely say that it you can't find what you want there, then you'll not find it in Pefkos! Hope fully we'll be back to the Lia, but not on our usual Carrier, XL Airways. We got the last flight back from Rhodes to Belfast in September!

We never originally booked the Ziakis but due to a mix up by none other than Thomas Cook( who accidently cancelled our holiday) it was either here or a completely different resort. Apart from the location we found no fault with the Ziakis. We had to rely on our friend Yiannis from the excellent Wild West Bar to take us home at night as finding a taxi after 1am was quite difficult and we did not fancy walking up that hill in the pitch dark. The staff where all very friendly even with some off them having limited English.

Lindos is best visited as a day tripper, which we noticed is what many visitors to Rhodes actually did. We found things quite expensive, clearly aimed at ripping off the Acopolis day trippers, but this is peferential to being ripped off for two weeks. Probably better to stay at Pefkos where food/drink seemed to be far cheaper and better quality. Restaurants Sinatra's very expensive for very little, Mythos nice setting but the food was digusting and Olympia, not cheap, but easily the best food. The Lindos Restaurant had a set menu, very good value and staff very friendly.

The best thing about the Lindos View, is the view ! If you dont mind being on the main road, near the coach park, donkey pound and next to the stone masons. In a good location for walking into Lindos and a little further down to the beaches. The communal areas are very pleasant, but unfortunately we had one of the most scruffy rooms I have ever had to endure, despite booking with Thomsons. The apartments furniture and fittings were very tatty, a number of things didn't work properly and the room was full of insects. We moved to another room after a sleepless night and this room was much the same(minus the insects), but had the benefit of fantastic views of the Acopolis and out to sea. The poor apartment spoilt our holiday, especially as we discovered others who had paid the same, were in lovely smart rooms.
