A walk down a fairly steep hill brings you into Lindos - but what a quaint village! Lots of walkways leading off a main stretch with typically greek shops, bars and restaurants on them - great!!

Didn't do much in the resort - best to get a car and travel the island for better beaches. The beach in Kolymbia isn't great. There are a number of novelty shops for buying inflatables, but not really much else going on.

Kalithea itself is quite a small area so its not surprising that there is not a great amount to do. However there is plenty to do in the surrounding resorts such as Rhodes Town and other towns across the Island which are all easy to get to. Within Kalithea itself the Springs are definitely worth a visit.

Rhodes Town (the old town) is full of amazing restaurants and shops which should not be missed. One restaurant in particular we visited was called Romeos in Rhodes Town which had delicious food and an amazing setting (the new born kittens were rather cute too).

If you get the chance visiting the Island of Symi is well worth it. With beautiful scenery including the houses and the harbour and the many little restaurants and shops.

great resort for all, excellent restaurants, lively bars, great beach, great sunsets, gteat snorkelling in the sea, great weather. resort must visit for all when you go to rhodes.

We rarely visited Ialyssos because everything we needed was within the hotel we did see the resort when we went on the local train. I have selected good for most although we never had need to eat out or visit the local nightlife as again we were all inclusive so we never ventured far from the hotel as the entertainment was so good in the hotel and our food and drinks were free. The only thing i can say is that the beach is pebble not sand so if you are looking for a beach rather than pool holiday and you prefer sand then Ialyssos is probably not the resort you would want.

Kalithiea is a quiet resort between Falaraki and Rhodes Town you can catch the local buses to most of the island for a few euros.We caught the bus to Lindos for 9 euros, but got a boat back to Kalithia which was a lot more pleasant.The beach is sand and pebbles but dont be put off as the sea is warm and well worth a swim.

A developing resort, ideal if you're looking for sun, sea & sand with plenty of good restaurants and no noisy clubs

A little disappointing to say the least. The beach was very pebbly and absolutelty packed! However, we didn't need to use the beach as the facilities at the hotel were amazing.

Excellent resort lovely restraunts superb beach The streets are full of character ,with most of the restraunts having roof patios with veiws across the bay & the town , the bars are fairly lively & the people make you feel very welcome

Not the prettiest resort. WORD OF WARNING.... If you do hire a car, make sure you don't plan your Rhodes Town visit at night , as the road is lethal. Rather book th excursion with your rep.

Travelled with 2 15year olds. Not too much for them to do, not much in the way of entertainment at night. A small but luvly stretch of beach. Great places to eat - Corallis by far the best place we have ever eaten on holiday. People everywhere very friendly. Prices for food and drink excellent value compared to Spain.

Never left the hotel so can't really say much about the whole resort. I have to type something here as it won't let me post the review otherwise!!!

The Acropolis is well worth a visit if you are in the Lindos area and is a fairly relaxing uphill walk which will take no longer than 10 minutes from the village. The key here is the age of the Acropolis dated back before christ and whilst some renovation/conseration work has been performed you really get a fee for the histroy running through the place. I took many pictures of both the Acropolis and also of the stunning views you are provided along the coast and over the town of Lindos.

The location was beautiful and there were loads of things to do. The prices were reasonable and the food in the restaurants was very delicious. I cannot wait for our return trip there.

Due to the Holiday Village being so nice we rarely left the resort. On the times we did, we visited the Foot Spa which I would thoroughly recommend.
