Rhodes has a bit of something for everyone. From bustling and cosmopolitan Rhodes Town in the north, with its Tavernas, Restaurants and bars around the port area, to Prassonissi in the south, where the Aegean and the Mediterranean meet in stark contrast, the Island is a mass of hidden coves, clean and sandy beaches and stunning turqoise sea to swim or snorkel in.

Kolymbia is a small resort with a number of souvenir shops and access to the beach which we found to be a bit dirty to be honest.

Nothing much there. If the HV was any good, this wouldnt be a problem. The beach is very pebbly, and very difficult to walk on. The sea is lovely - if you can get to it (hop hop) Couple of bars near hotel, but very quite. Local shops expensive but you can get basic provisions

the resort that time has forgot. Small town with not much to see with a few bars and restaurants. The restaurants were nice though

We like to walk in the evening but there was no resort to speak of .Took road train ride around area, beach great but mostly all inclusive hotels so not much to do but stay in hotel.

Busy by day with day trippers, large beach plenty of sunbeds, gorgeous bay with lovely safe swimming. At night fairly quiet, lots of lovely restaurants. Interesting little shops. Felt sorry for the poor donkeys carrying fat adults in the heat of the day

Faliraki is ideal for teenagers who are looking to have a good time. Lots of bars and clubs. Foam party and silent disco in BED club highly recommended! Love the beach- VERY clean. All in all an excellent resort, with lots of gift shops to look around. The water park in Faliraki is amazing! Ideal for any age and not all that expensive.

Pastida is a fairly quiet little village, and so isn't really suitable for anyone looking for a crazy holiday. It has several bars and restaurants, where the food and drink is a good price, but has no beach, which may also be a fault for anyone looking to soak up the sun. If you are looking for peace and quiet however you cannot beat it, and I personally recommend Giannis for a drink in the village, as its all cheap and you get a nice personal service.

I dont think we could have picked better, a lot of snack bars, restaurant and cafes, 3 beach areas, plenty of shops and great weather, never saw a cloud the whole time we were there. Best place for cocktails, ones with alcohol in them, Rock Cafe Bar, just opposite the Pefkos by night bar. We did the 1.5 hours cruise, brilliant and also took a trip to Rhodes old town, again brilliant.

Resort was lovely and quiet and was only 15minute walk to kolymbia centre. There is a few shops 2minutes away aswell lovely bar and mini golf for the kids.Old rhodes town is a must beautiful.

Would recommend this resort to all ages, couples, families with young and teenage children, would recommend hiring a fishing boat "if your brave enough" cost 60 euros for 2 hours but worth it.

I cannot really comment on cost of eating out as all inclusive and did't need too. The sea however was so clean it was a pleasure to swim in it.
