we last visited about 6 years ago and were really interested to see what changes had been made.Afandou is a really friendly village and we love being able to stroll around with no hassle or meither of bars resaurants . Luckily there have been no major changes to take away any of the character of this village just sit back and watch how they live amazing also very safe place saw elderly Greek ladies walking through the village late in the evening and thought there is no way my mother would feel safe enough to do that here
Afandou has lots of charm that draws people back year after year

Beautiful village, maintains old charm, locals cooking outside there homes and eating with there families. Has a really friendly feel, everyone speaks to each other and makes an effort. Lots of restaurants on main street, for pizzas it has to be Danielles, but the Four Seasons and Anna's are also lovely. The Beach is very pebbly, no good for sand castle making, but a bus trip to Falarki solved that problem. I can certainly see why people return here year after year.
