Excellent accommodation, food and night life. The staff are friendly and willing to go the extra mile to provide comfort for their guests.

The weekend plays host to various festivities including a BBQ (Saturday) and a Greek night which is held every sunday that offers traditional Greek dancing and a set menu.

The pool/bar - restaurant facilities are of a brilliant standard.

Rooms are finished to a high standard and offer brilliant views of the surrounding bay and a lovely sunset.

a beautiful, peaceful, small ,family run, block of three duplex apts and three studios.been to Rhodes many times and this is one of my favourites. Stayed the month of September with my husband and was joined the last two weeks by my daughter and her boyfriend. Spotless and well cleaned with fresh towels most days. terraces and balconys are large,balconys have semi cover which is nice if you want to sit in the shade.downside is the beach. Its stoney way out into the sea which makes swimming an ordeal. Had the apts had a small pool we probably would have stayed around more. The nearest beach is Glystra which is beautiful. Restaurants in Kiotari are over priced compared to bigger resorts and there are only a few and one small shop which sells the necessary items.The owner Phil is a pleasure to deal with and is extremely helpful.I would recommend these apts to those who would like nothing more than a restful holiday,however, if you want a bit of clubing, Shimbas beach bar is a mile down the road.Terribly expensive but well worth a look as the decor is brilliant( My daughter loved it and spent a fortune)Lythos nite club is directly opposite and both stay open round the clock. videos of shimbas can be seen on u tube. Overall a lovely spot with sunrises to take your breath away

We have just returned from a two week holiday in the Sea Breeze studios in Kiotari. The accommodation was excellent - everything you needed was there. Very spacious with air-conditioning. It was spotlessly clean with maid service every other day. Towels were changed every other day and bed linen every 4 days. Filipos, the owner, could not have been more helpful - nothing was too much trouble.

The apartments are situated just above a rocky beach and the view over the sea is beautiful. A short walk away are some 5 or 6 tavernas all serving delicious Greek cuisine. Our favourite was the Paralia which was right on the beach. The food there is amazing and they have their own sunbeds on the beach which are free to their customers.

The beach is all pebbles with crystal clear water - probably not good for children but great for couples who like a nice quiet beach.

There's not much else in Kiotari apart from the large all-inclusive hotels. But we hired a car and travelled around. Pefkos is a 10 minute drive away and Lindos about 15 minutes.

This accommodation is ideal for couples/families who like to do their own thing in quiet surroundings.
