Skiathos Diamond Apartments Reviews

As most greek travellers will know the accomodation is usually basic in Greece unless you go in a 5 star hotel but who wants 5 star hotels when what you really need is real greek hospitality. These apartments give you that but they are not your run of the mill basic greek apartments they are absolutely excellent and extremely clean by anyones standard. the owners go out of thier way to help you and are on hand all day. The pool is spotless and the grounds and views are to die for. I have stayed in many greek accomodations but this is the best so far and I hope to return next year.

The Skiathos Diamond Apartments opened for business this year so everything was brand new. The apartments are situated on the edge of a small valley, making it lovely and quiet with excellent views. A pool is available at the apartments with plenty of sunbeds but no bar, so no noise at night. Air conditioning is as standard with the room, which was a pleasant surprise.

The location of the Skiathos Diamond Apartments halfway from, the town on one side and the other side with great beaches such as Koukounaris and Banana beach makes this place an good base to explore the rest of the island from.

The closest beach, Kolios is truly a 5 minutes walk and a magnificant beach with golden sand and gently sloping, ideal for the children.

All in all me and my partner had one of the best holidays ever and will return in 2007.
