"Aegean Suites review"
Overall Hotel Rating:
Skiathos is a wonderful place for a holiday, and the Aegean Suites Hotel did everything to make us happy. Not ideal for anyone who doesn't like steps, though, the individual suites are set up a hillside just about a mile outside Skiathos Town.
Our room had a large double bed and a window looking out to sea. As well as a lovely bathroom we also had a lounge with a kitchen area, and a balcony with two sunloungers. The view was beautiful.
The Hotel has a good restaurant, but it is expensive. We had booked bed and breakfast as we knew that Skiathos Town is full of tavernas and bars. The best is the Windmill which is high above the town and is so romantic. The food is superb as well.
The best beach we found was Banana Beach, if you ignore the nudists. Wonderful soft sand and clear water.
Going back to Skiathos this year!
