Probably one of the most friendly hotel I have ever stayed at. There seemed to be a lot of guests that were repeat guests. Bali is suffering at the moment following the bomb and people are genuinly keen that you enjoy Bali.

The rooms were fine (didn't spend much time in them).

The food was excellent of of very high quality. Very little room to get bored with the food as there was such a variety every day.

The entertainment was average although the band that played their three nights a week was really good although they didn't know any David Bowie hits.

Had fun with the free watersports.

Went on a number of day trips
Elephant safari - Taro - excellent
Mountain biking and white water rafting - brilliant.
Kuta - not my cup of tea (or glass of Bintang)

A piece of advice - changed flights at Kuala Lumpar - booked the use of the KL Lounge for the family (about £30 on the internet) - brilliant - free food, drinks, showers and plenty of space to relax prior to the next flight.

There are not many all inclusive hotels available in Bali and this was definately a great find. Bali is a fantastic place and the people have so much to offer. It was such a shame that they have suffered so much after both bombings, which was our reason for travelling to Bali to be able to put back into their economy and we were absolutely amazed at the service that we received.

We thought that we had booked a basic 3 star hotel and we did wonder what we would get for £70 a night for 2 people all inclusive. We could not believe our luck on arriving. Our bedroom had everything you could possibly need and was immacutely clean. The food and drink was available 24/7 and consisted off a fantasic range of food for every meal. We were living off fresh prawns, fish, baby lobster, mongolian BBQ and many other mouth watering dishes.

The Balinese people provide a great service and are sofriendly. Everyone at the hotel learnt our names and they were never forgotten. They would go out of their way to help us and make sure our stay was an enjoyble one.

I will be returning to this hotel again and again as a stop over on my way home to New Zealand. I would have pleasure in recommending this hotel to anyone.
