This resort is absolutely wonderful. The staff, accommodation, pool areas, gardens,are great. For a 3 1/2 star it was much better than the Bali Hyatt further up the coast. We stayed in a bungalow which was wonderful. The staff were always cleaning/ tidying/sweeping up so the resort was exceptionally clean. The hotel is virtually beachfront with great sunbeds/loungers. I would definitely stay at this resort if I ever went to Bali again. The resort of Sanur was probably the nicest out of Nusa Dua, Kuta/Seminyak. Did travel to Ubud for 2 days which was great and well worth seeing, but the Puri Santrian is a must if visiting Sanur and you want a beach front hotel. Couldn't fault it.
