I cannot rate this hotel high enough - the staff are the most helpful I have encountered - food excellent - stay in the Club Rooms they are well worth the extra you have to pay - the rooms are excellent- fresh fruit and chocolates every day and the facilities of the Royal Beech Club are outstanding. Don't be put off by the recent events in Bali the people are the kindest friendliest we have met and the do depend upon tourists
