I have stayed at Russell Court 3 times and have enjoyed every visit. I have gone midweek and have had no problems with the nightclub in the basement but my in-laws have a had a bad experience with young hooligans swinging off the chandeliers and trashing the place but I honestly have had no problems myself. Our first visit there, we were shown to the room and to our amazement were given a bedroom like the Queens!! We had 4 huge pillars around the bed and we had to step up 2 steps to even get to the bed. The closed was like something off Sex and the City and the light came on as you entered and was like another room. The room was full of dated/mismatched furniture but was oldy wordly and nice. 2nd time we stayed we had the most enormous lounge I have ever seen, was like another penthouse suite, again old furniture and not a lot in this room, lots of open space but nice clean bedroom.
Hotel has a very nice trendy bar, serving yummy food during the day but a warning it can get very busy as a lot office workers nearby must use this for their meeting place. They have a big beer garden area out the back with BBQ, nice to sit in the summer and drink lovely Guiness and Bud.
Hotel well located and only five 5 mins walk to the centre where the shops and nightlife are. Would recommend a midweek stay here.

Overall
I love Dublin and have been back many many times. Full of lovely people and lovely shops and pubs! Well worth a visit, what more can I say???
