Wonderfull friendly place with very good shopping areas. Great views of Vesuvius, Capri etc. Pavement cafes, you must visit the foreigners club balcony for a drink - reasonable prises considering the view.

Sorrento is a beautiful town with plenty to interest the visitor.

We enjoyed a good feeling of safety in this location.

The location was beautiful and there were loads of things to do. The prices were reasonable and the food in the restaurants was very delicious. I cannot wait for our return trip there.

The area we stayed was very quiet relaxing with beautiful views of the lake. Easy access to travel around the lake and other destinations using the local buses, reasonably priced fares. The coach tours we went on to the Dolomites and around the lake plus a trip to Venice was excellent.

Fantastic location hop on a bus or water bus see other resorts and enjoy then come back to the civilised side, very good resort.

The hotel is housed in a 19th-century country house which rises out of the Stoccatello estate. The hotel is equipped with 18 comfortable rooms, a restaurant, bar and a little chapel authorised for wedding celebrations. Further facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby area with a 24-hour check-out service, a games room, a TV lounge and parking for those arriving by car

Milan is a very vibrant city full of culture and fashion. You watch the people walking down the street and look in awe at them as they try some very daring and new range outfits. So far as things to see goes its a must to go to Durmo square and see the huge cathedral it is magnicifcant. The people in Milan are very nice and will do their best to speak English though it is not as widely spoken here as in other European countries. The underground is cheap and a must see. If your a football fan the San Siro is just out of town on the tube and is again a must see for a tour of only 11 euros!!! The nightlife is excellent though expensive with one drink being between 6 and 10 euros. But Corso Como provides an excellent experience for an Italian night out.

Marina Grande,edge of the bay of Naples,Quaint little fishing village with views one would kill for,small restaurants,bars,a few shops,Well!two shops,steep walk up to the town,of Sorrento,bus available,Lovely town with its squares and narrow streets,full of shops.

Expensive because of the value of the Euro but still a lovely place to go. Very relaxing. Lovely walks along the lakeside towards Bardolino.

Only downside was that other beaches are just left in an unusable dirty mess. Plenty of good local restaurants and not many tourists made it a lovely relaxed week break. And the cable car trip to Erice was fantastic, totally undersold and well worth the effort tosee the medieval town at the top. Magical

The town is small, pleasant, easy to navigate and not too busy even in the high season. A lot of people bus in and out of the town on day trips, sometimes taking in an opera. There are some nice walking areas, and lots of good restaurants. The highlight is of course opera performances at the Arena. Tickets can be booked and payed for on-line then collected at the ticket office next to the Arena when you arrive. Prices are not cheap but you should get at least the Poltroncine Numerate di Gradate for some degree of comfort at the performance. Even with these, space in the seats is limited but there are breaks to stretch your legs. The atmosphere, sets and performances are very very good

Beautiful place...very quaint and romantic. Lots of things to do and see using Sorrento as a base. We would definately go back.

This is a lovely clean resort the beaches are so clean and miles og golden sand. There is a lovley harbour and lots of activitis for kids on the beach places to play ball games trampolines and kiddies rides.
